1. Provider and scope
The provider is Lyn El-Kadamani, trading as Found and Flow, at the address in the legal notice. These terms cover this informational website and the Screen Mockups app. Browsing the website or following a shop link does not itself place an order. Purchases from the Found and Flow Etsy shop are contracts with Found and Flow as the seller. The relevant listing, licence, seller information and purchase terms shown before ordering apply alongside mandatory consumer law. Etsy’s own terms govern use of its marketplace and payment services. These website terms do not replace purchase-specific information on Etsy or reduce statutory rights.
2. Screen Mockups
The app identifies device-screen areas in photos and lets you add editable image placeholders to a Canva design. Use requires access to Canva and the features supported by the app. Screen detection depends on the image; review the detected areas and the resulting design before using or publishing it. The app does not promise successful detection in every photo. Screen Mockups is a separate product from any template or download bought on Etsy; an Etsy purchase does not by itself include app access unless the listing expressly says so. Canva’s own account, content and platform rules also apply. The app may only be used by people who meet Canva’s eligibility rules and are at least 13, or the higher minimum age for consenting to personal-data processing applicable where they live. The current app does not provide a separate parental-consent verification process.
3. Your content and rights
Use only photos and other content that you own or are authorised to use for your intended purpose. You keep your rights in the content you provide. The app does not grant rights to third-party photos, designs or other material; their respective licences and Canva's applicable terms continue to apply. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for people, brands and other protected content shown in your work. For an Etsy template or download, permitted uses are defined by the licence in that product’s listing or accompanying files. Do not assume that every product includes commercial use, resale, redistribution or template-sharing rights. These terms neither expand nor retrospectively change the licence for a product you bought. Contract, model release, consent, invoice and similar business templates are general, editable examples. They are not legal or tax advice and do not replace advice for your specific situation, country or business. Please check and adapt them before use, ideally with a qualified adviser.
4. Permitted use
Do not use the website or app for unlawful content, infringement of others' rights, attempts to bypass security or intentional disruption of the service. Found and Flow's website branding and app software remain protected by applicable law. Statutory rights of use are unaffected.
5. Pricing and separate purchases
Screen Mockups is available within Canva under Apps. Search for “Screen Mockups” and select the app by Found and Flow. Any applicable access requirements, prices or purchase conditions are shown in the app listing and relevant purchase flow. This website does not offer a paid subscription or process app payments. This website does not process Etsy orders or payments. Prices, licences, delivery information and any applicable cancellation rights for Etsy products are shown with the relevant offer and purchase process.
6. Etsy digital products, withdrawal and problems
Digital products are delivered by the method stated in the Etsy listing, such as a downloadable file or a file containing a Canva template link. The listing explains what is included, required software or Canva access, and any relevant account or feature requirements. An image shown as an example is not automatically part of the purchased files or licence. For consumers, any applicable statutory right of withdrawal remains available unless it has legally expired or a specific exception applies. For paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, German law permits early expiry only after performance begins with the consumer’s express prior agreement, acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the right, and the required contract confirmation. Simply describing an item as digital or downloadable does not by itself remove that right. Please contact the Etsy shop if a file is missing, inaccessible, defective or does not match the agreed description. Statutory remedies for defective digital products, and applicable Etsy case or buyer-protection procedures, remain unaffected. There is no blanket exclusion of refunds or mandatory consumer remedies in these terms. To tell us that you wish to withdraw from a purchase where a withdrawal right exists, you can send a clear statement identifying the order by email to foundandflow.studio@gmail.com or through Etsy Messages. Use any statutory online withdrawal function provided in the relevant purchase interface as well, if you prefer; this website is not that checkout. These routes do not replace the required withdrawal information and model form supplied with the offer.
7. Availability and liability
Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical faults and the availability of Canva. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation, meaning one whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible and on which you may regularly rely; in that case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights or remedies, including applicable rights concerning digital products.
8. Support and privacy
For help with the app, contact foundandflow.studio@gmail.com. For an Etsy order, use Etsy Messages so the request can be connected with the purchase. Details about personal-data processing are provided in our privacy policy.
9. Applicable law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their habitual residence. Statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
