Where can I find your apps?
Open Canva, choose Apps and search for the name of the Found and Flow app you want to use. Our app collection lists the apps you can use and links to their individual guides.
How do I get started with a mockup app?
Choose the app for the type of mockup you want to create. Follow its guide to choose a photo, review the result and add your design. Supported objects, image requirements and controls are explained on each app’s page.
Can I use my own photos and designs?
Use content you created or have permission to use for your intended purpose. Check any stock-image, font or template licence, including restrictions on commercial use. Each app guide explains which images and formats it supports.
Are app access and Etsy purchases connected?
Our Canva apps and Etsy downloads are separate products. Buying an Etsy resource does not automatically include app access unless the listing explicitly says so. Check the app listing or product page for its own access requirements and any price.
Where can I read about privacy?
Our privacy policy explains this website and includes app-specific information. Each app page links to the relevant details. The website’s optional analytics consent does not turn on tracking inside our Canva apps.
An app is not working as expected. What should I do?
Check the guide for that app and review its image requirements. If you still need help, email us with the app name, your device and browser, the steps you took and any error message. Remove personal or client information from screenshots.
Where is my Etsy download?
Follow the download instructions in your Etsy order. Some products include a PDF with a Canva template link. If a link is missing or a file will not open, message Found and Flow on Etsy with your order number and product name.
